Meet the M/Y Ocean Warrior, a Sea Shepherd’s current flagship, custom-built from an €8.3 million donation from the Dutch Postcode Lottery! It is the fastest ship in the fleet and is mainly used in Sea Shepherd’s campaigns against whaling and illegal fishery activities.

Brigitte Bardot

Acquired by Sea Shepherd for its “Operation No Compromise” against Japanese whaling in Antarctica. The ship’s name was changed from Gojira to Brigitte Bardot, to honor of the French actress and animal activist.

Operation Zero Tolerance (2013) : Sea Shepherd’s largest whale defense campaign in the Antarctic, 4 month mission at sea, direct confrontation & attacks from Japanese whalers, 932 whales saved.
